Return Window
Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless a product page, checkout page, promotion, or written agreement states a different return window. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, with reasonable handling only, and must include all included accessories, manuals, chargers, installation tools, packaging materials, and proof of purchase. Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, abnormal wear, missing parts, or non-approved use may be refused or subject to a restocking or repair deduction where permitted by law.

Please include your order number, the email used for the purchase, the reason for the return, photos of the product and packaging if applicable, and a brief description of any issue you experienced.
Return Shipping
Do not send products back without return authorization. Once your request is approved, our support team will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Unless required by law or specifically stated in your order terms, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund or may be the customer’s responsibility. If the return is caused by our error, a verified defect, or an incorrect item shipment, we will provide further instructions for a no-cost or adjusted return process.
Refund Processing
