Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations, subscription cancellations, and plan changes are handled for AI Smart Yard purchases and BestMow Titan 100 plans.
Before Shipment
If your order has not yet shipped or entered fulfillment, you may request cancellation by contacting support@aismartyard.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to cancel the order before shipment. If the order has already shipped, the return process under the Refund Policy will apply.
After Shipment or Delivery
Once an order has shipped or been delivered, it cannot be cancelled retroactively. You may still request a return if the product is eligible under our Refund Policy. Return authorization is required before shipping any product back.
Subscription Plans
Subscription plans may include minimum-term requirements, device return obligations, monthly fees, replacement-part rules, and other plan-specific terms. If your plan states that the device remains property of BestMow or AI Smart Yard during the subscription, you may not sell, transfer, dispose of, or permanently modify the device unless the written plan terms allow it. When a subscription is cancelled, the device and included accessories may need to be returned according to the return instructions provided by support.
Finance or Lease-to-Own Plans
Finance, installment, or lease-to-own plans are separate from standard subscriptions. Ownership, payment schedule, early payoff, cancellation, and refund rights depend on the plan selected at checkout and any financing partner terms. Customers should review the plan summary before purchase and contact support if anything is unclear.
Promotional Trials and Money-Back Windows
If a product page or promotion includes a trial, money-back guarantee, or cancellation window, the stated written terms for that offer will apply. AI Smart Yard will maintain clear written terms for each active offer so customers can compare one-time purchase, subscription, and finance options before checkout.
