Shipping policy

Orders are processed within standard business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and distance from our warehouse. High order volumes may cause slight delays. Please allow extra transit days during peak periods.
3. Shipping Delays
If a significant delay occurs, AiSmartYard will notify you promptly by email. Unexpected delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
A shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Tracking updates are typically available within 5 business days.
5. Tracking Issues
If tracking information has not updated within 10 business days, please contact us at sales@AiSmartYard.com for assistance.
6. Accurate Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details. AiSmartYard is not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses, including undelivered packages, delays, or damages.
7. Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders placed with such addresses may be canceled or delayed.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify support@AiSmartYard.com within 5 business days of delivery. Keep all packaging and damaged goods, as they may be required for claims with the shipping carrier.
9. Carrier Responsibility
AiSmartYard is not responsible for losses caused by shipping carriers, including delays, damages, or missing parcels. However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and filing a claim when possible.
