1. Overview

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of AiSmartYard services, including devices, software, applications, and related offerings. By subscribing to or purchasing AiSmartYard products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

AiSmartYard reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted publicly and will be binding as of their effective date.

 

 

2. 30-Day Cancellation Policy

All subscription and purchase plans include a 30-day cancellation period, subject to the detailed terms below. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this cancellation policy.

 

 

3. Service Content and Usage

AiSmartYard provides robotic lawn mowing services through a proprietary combination of hardware and software. Services are for personal residential use only. Commercial, multi-household, or resale usage is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.

Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as environmental regulations, while using AiSmartYard products. Unauthorized modifications, tampering, or hacking may result in immediate termination of service and forfeiture of any paid amounts or deposits.

 

 

4. Registration and Credit Card Authorization

To access AiSmartYard services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Register with your legal name, verifiable residential address, and accurate billing information.

  • Provide a valid credit or debit card for ongoing billing.

AiSmartYard may suspend service and pursue legal remedies in cases of fraudulent registration, including false identity or address use.

 

 

5. Subscription and Purchase Plans

A. Purchase Plan (Upfront)

  • Retail Price: $1,499.00 (includes 1 set of blades)

  • Warranty: 2 years

  • Optional Loyalty Plan: $19.99/month

  • 30-Day Cancellation: Full refund upon return in good condition. Original packaging required, or a $29.99 repackaging fee will apply. Return shipping covered by AiSmartYard.

B. Subscription-Based Plans

Subscriptions begin on the date of delivery confirmation.

  • Gold Plan: $99.99/month (12-month term)

  • Premium Plan: $59.99/month (24-month term)

Benefits include extended warranty, OTA upgrades, replacement blades, canopy cover, and trade-in eligibility. All subscription plans require a one-time refundable deposit of $99 USD (or CAD $136.26).

Cancellation Terms:

  • Within 30 days: First month is non-refundable, but no penalties if the product is returned in good condition.

  • After 30 days: $299 restocking fee applies.

  • Without return: Subscription remains active until the equipment is returned or contract is bought out, as outlined in the Subscription Agreement.

 

 

6. Loyalty Plan & Add-Ons

  • Friends of AiSmartYard Loyalty Plan: $19.99/month

    • Benefits: Extended warranty, battery replacement, blade replacement, app features, and future upgrades.

  • Remote Mapping & Setup: $99.99 (one-time service).

 

 

7. Try Before You Buy Program (Discontinued After June 15, 2025)

All prior participants remain bound by the following terms:

  • One trial per household/address.

  • No resale or reuse of units.

  • No fake/multiple accounts to extend trial.

  • Personal residential use only.

Violations may result in suspension, refund forfeiture, and potential legal claims.

 

 

8. Enforcement & Remedies

Violations of these Terms may result in:

  • Suspension or permanent deactivation of device/services.

  • Chargeback of full retail value if unit is retained without payment.

  • Reporting to credit bureaus or collections.

  • Legal action, including civil or criminal complaints for fraud or misuse.

AiSmartYard reserves the right to audit accounts for abuse, fraud, or resale schemes.

 

 

9. Eligibility Verification

AiSmartYard may require identity verification or proof of address before activating or reactivating services. Refusal to comply may result in denial of service.

 

 

10. Privacy

Use of AiSmartYard products and services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By registering or using AiSmartYard services, you consent to our collection and use of data for purposes including, but not limited to, fraud detection, support, account servicing, and service optimization.

 

 

11. Legal Agreement

By registering, subscribing, or using any AiSmartYard product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms incorporate by reference the full AiSmartYard Subscription Agreement, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.
